The pork cordon bleu with garlic and chilli (see picture) as well as the veal cordon bleu have been among the most popular dishes for some time now.

Our à la Carte offer

The typical Älpler Rösti, Älpler Schaufel (macaroni) or the Capuns and the cheese fondue are always available.

Specialities such as Fondue Chinoise, Bourguignonne and Château Briand are served on advance booking.

In our family restaurant, chef Stefan has put together a varied menu for the children; they usually spend the waiting time until dinner in the playroom.
